I just read an interesting article about how having the right attitude is more important than ever during job interviews. The article talked about how job candidates used the proper attitude to succeed in interviews where they did not possess all necessary skills or when they were trying to make a career change into a new industry. A fairly bold attitude that showed the willingness to learn from mistakes and to put in extra hard worked impressed employers more than having a 100% match on all skills, but also having a weaker attitude and a weaker work ethic.
